import data file from old version of MYOB to MYOB AccountingRight

Hi,

I have been able to upgrade to V16

 

I can't install versions 17, 18 - my computer is telling me the app has been blocked for my own protection. Contact administrator.

 

When I try to open in V19.16 I get the message - The data file version of the file that you have selected is 10.04. This file cannot be upgraded to AccountRight Plus Data version 14

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi KatieLou 

     

    I suggest you install v19.12 from here. Run that and upgrade the v16 file to v19.12. You should then be able to upgrade to v19.16 and or AR2022.
