Incorrect Payment dates

In the last 2 weeks I've had trouble balancing...now finding invoices mark paid that have come through recording to a date of 6- 7 years ago They have not been paid at all. Anyone else having this pr...

Hi Suzuki,

It’s definitely odd for invoices to show up as paid from years ago if they haven’t been. This usually happens due to an error in recording. We recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a look at this for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

All that were corrected and returned to be ópen' are now paid again with payment dates of up to 10 years ago ?? These are new outstanding invoices! Not a incorrect data entry :( 

Since this last update everything has gone wrong!
