Intray upload via email

This also just happened to me - use the 'Upload via email link' at base of uploads screen NOT the 'More ways to upload' button at the top right. The copy function then works

Thanks for sharing this. We’ve received reports that other users are experiencing the same issue you’re seeing. Please go to Uploads > More ways to upload > Your uploads email address, select Generate new email address, then click Copy again. This refresh often resolves clipboard glitches.

Thank you. I went to do this but there is not a 'Upload via email link' at the base of the uploads screen

Sorry if it was a bit unclear. If you follow the steps Earl mentioned, that’ll bring up the Upload via email option. Just click More ways to upload, and you’ll see it there.

I am having the identical issue. I was also having intermittent emails not uploading via email, it got worse and worse so I went to more ways to upload- generated new email address, but copied address would not paste anywhere. Tried the user suggestion to use a different link, it also doesn't appear on my screen. Help!

I tried this option in 2 different browsers and neither of them worked
