Invoice Emails being rejected by a few of our Client's server. What can I do ? Are the addresses being blacklisted by MYOB ? Please help.

Hi Myob assistance,

I have a problem with a few Clients not receiving our Emailed Invoices (direct from Myob) and we then receive a notification email to advise our Email has been rejected.  One client had their IT team have a look and advised it is nothing their end. Please Help !   We have MYOB Accountright

    Hey IDE,

     

    Nice work getting your client’s IT to check their end already. Our team can run a quick blacklist check to see if the affected recipient addresses are being blocked and help clear it if needed. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    I'm having this same issue, its only started since we setup the myob online payments, so the body of the invoice now contains links etc. 

     

    I contacted support, they said its our IT issue, but its not, not is it a client IT issue, i've checked with some. Can someone please sort this out, its clearly an issue for alot of users.
