Nice work getting your client’s IT to check their end already. Our team can run a quick blacklist check to see if the affected recipient addresses are being blocked and help clear it if needed. I'm having this same issue, its only started since we setup the myob online payments, so the body of the invoice now contains links etc.
I contacted support, they said its our IT issue, but its not, not is it a client IT issue, i've checked with some. Can someone please sort this out, its clearly an issue for alot of users.
