So yes i can login to app.myob.com
But when i use the installed myob it is still the same problem.
I had to reset my password AGAIN as the only way to login

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. It made no difference.
I have noticed today that we have updated to 2024.01?
This has made no difference either.
