Lost user access
Hi, I am an accountant and requesting information for my client. They have a subscription with MYOB, however do not know what product or any login details. It is a small not-for-profit organisation and the president, whom had access, unfortunately passed away unexpectedly & they now do not know how or what to do. I have suggested ringing, but if you can give me any guidance prior to them calling that would be greatly appreciated. They are currently looking for subscription numbers and have details on the president, like date of birth, contact & email details. Idealy they would like to change all details to the new president or if they have to start a new file. If they start a new file, are they able to transfer any data from the old one. Thanks
