Messed Up AccountRight File Tree

good day to all, 

 

I have been chatting with MYOB Agent for a week now but no one can assist us and I hope someone here will be able to help us.

 

We were using MYOB AccountRight Server 2017 before and we now upgraded to MYOB AccountRight Server 2025 and now, our file tree are now messed up as per the before and after screenshots below.
