Multiple Company files

When using the previos local versions of MYOB you were aollwed to have up to10 company files with the licence.  This was convenient to then use for some smaller enitities, like SMSF, Family Trust, Co...

    MYOB has changed a little since those days - new licences comes with an entitlement to one company file only. To store a file online, in addition to the licence you need a subscription for each company file. A Premier subscription allows for 2 online files.


    All MYOB offer from their website now are subscription licences. There is no upfront payment, however the downside is if you ever stop paying the subscription you can no longer use the file (even offline).
