my.myob administrator name changes

I am in my.myob manage online access, online administrators.

 

I am:  first name surname (my email address ) with my role as 'owner'.

 

The director is also my first name my surname  (his email address) with his role as administrator.

 

I need to change his name from mine to his.

I  removed access and re invited with the correct details but it defaulted back to my name again??

 

Please help, i need his name to show correctly in order to set up to pay super from MYOB as he is signatory on the account.

    Thanks for sharing this. Ensure the director's email address is not already associated with your own MYOB ID or profile. If it is, the system will continue to use your name.
