Thanks for sharing this. Ensure the director's email address is not already associated with your own MYOB ID or profile. If it is, the system will continue to use your name. I would suggest reaching out to our team directly for assistance. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
