MYOB Account Right Enterprise19.9 confirmation

Hi, Trying to generate a confirmation code for MYOB Account Right Enterprise V.19.9 and getting an invalid code.  Message reads "An invalid Confirmation Code has been entered".  Company file number 4...

I have tried this and have no success.  I have used the online generator and getting the incorrect code
