MYOB AccountRight Survey Keeps Displaying on File Open

I have done your survey, ticked the box to not show me again.  But every time I open MYOB the survey window pops up again.  So now giving zero points for intrusiveness and not functioning as advised....

Please allow me to provide a workaround to prevent the survey window from appearing each time you open MYOB:

- Clear Browser Cookies and Cache: Sometimes, stored data can cause this behavior. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache may help.

- Check Browser Settings: Ensure that your browser settings are configured to allow MYOB to remember your preferences.

I am not using the browser version of MYOB.  And I shouldn't need a workaround for a screen you have added to my log in process.
