Hello,
To assist you promptly, could you please confirm the following information through a private message:
- The serial number of your product - You can find this under Setup >> Company Information.
- The company file ID - You can locate this under Help >> About AccountRight/Accounting.
- The version of the software you are using - You can find this under Help >> About AccountRight/Accounting.
- Your full name and email address.
- The business name associated with the company file.
Once we have this information, we'll be better equipped to help you resolve the activation issue for your company file.
