MYOB keeps logging me out after a few hours

MYOB keeps logging me out after a few hours of inactivity and just closes down when I attempt to use it. I thought the system stayed logged in for 12 hours? I know its just a simple log in prompt aga...

Hi Blockbuild,

 

The AccountRight software is designed to log you out after certain amount of time. This is a feature build in in the software. You can go around this by editing the config file of your AccountRight to increase the timeout duration. I recommend reaching out to live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA as this needs a support representative to perform.
