Myob not sending verification to gmail for in tray forwarding

    Thanks for posting this. The verification issue you're experiencing is something the team is aware of and has already been raised. However, we don't have a definitive timeline for when this will be fixed.

I am also experiencing the same issue after having recently changed my gmail address/account and attempting to re-verify.

 

The address has been added to Gmail and rules set up to use it, but because the address is not yet verified, it does not forward, which is cumbersome to work around.

 

How did this feature previously work and now not work?

 

Do you have a change management process that involves testing existing functionality when releasing new functionality first before releasing it?
