The problem is not with the Forum - I have had a lot of users contact me to say that they have been told by MYOB phone operatives that their PC versions PRIOR to auto updates v2021.1 will no longer work after 17th June unless they upgrade to paid online versions. The Forum has not said this but not everyone is aware of the Forum and it is still not very obvious on here that they don't have to do anything. This is unconscionable conduct and is a repeat of behaviour by MYOB back in 2017 when MYOB tried to stop confirmation of Classic Perpetual Licences. This is why so many are upset, combined with the dreadful timing and the poor planning with the rollout.
Just a note, I used to be a MYOB Partner but stopped paying years ago when the first .MYOX versions were released as I couldn't stand how slow and buggy they were. I still have 40 Classic files with my Perpetual Licence and I haven't received a single email about the latest change and only received confirmation of the ceasing of Classic confirmations after I lodged a support query. The Forum has been the only place that allowed me to keep up with these events.
