And here I am, with still the same issue. The Juine 17th deadline passed without any feedback from MYOB. I had to download and run the Server Edition to continue using MYOB.
Now to make things even worse, I have received notification from the ATO about nominating an SingleTouch Payroll provider, somthing which has to be done by June 30.
I was going to nominate MYOB, to save on the monthly fee I pay my existing provider. Oh, but wait: STP is only avaialble to MYOB users whose company file is online.
Fabulous: I can't migrate my company file on line and because of that, I can't nominate MYOB for STP.
Has anybody at MYOB got any brains? How far do I need to go in order to get my issues resolved??
Does anybody in the company actually take ownership of customer issues???
Does anybody at MYOB actually read and respond to Communbity posts?
Or are we aas users on our own, having to find solutions ourselves, with nothing to show for what we pay for our monthly subs.
I now have 3 support requests in place on this matter and have absolutely nothing to show.
I pay what is likely the highest monthly subscription of all for a small business and this is what I get. If the cost of switching to another platform wasn't so high, I definitely would not be an MYOB user
