Not for me, as i'm not on a perpetual license (should be as i have paid over $15k since 2005. , and both you and tiff have said that SE is only a temporary measure and cannot be guaranteed into the future.
Obviously, with the l-o-n-g wait time, MYOB has a lot of flaws with their program and customers are NOT happy.Turn off auto updates as I want the option to update myself, like it used to be! I downloaded 2026.4SE for an offline file and then the next day it updated to 2026.5SE. If I wasn't paying attention, I could have upgrade my offline file to 2026.5SE and then I wouldn't be able to back up offline and would have needed to restore the file once I downloaded 2026.4SE again. MYOB is becoming a CONTROLLING NIGHTMARE.
Re-Instate backups offline for all MYOB files. Don't say it can't be done, as it can. I still have a client using 2026.5 online that can still back up offline. Just put it back on.
