I’m sorry you had that experience. Waiting that long and then having the call drop would be incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you’d be upset. We’re currently experiencing higher call volumes than usual, which is causing longer wait times than we’d like. That said, we know that doesn’t make what happened any less disappointing.
