There is no charge for using the Server Edition of the software.
An active AccountRight subscription would be required if you would like to use "Live" services with your company files i.e. bank feeds, cloud access, pay superannuation, payroll reporting...
Help Article: Set up a network is a good one to get you started with the AccountRight Server Edition and implementing that on your network.

Our website link: AccountRight has more information on that AccountRight product, pricing, and the current offer we do have on it.
Please note: AccountRight subscriptions are generally monthly recurring subscriptions now.Could you be able to give me some heads up on this below?
I will be running the server Edition of MYOB Account Right Premier on their server. I have used the link you sent about the minimum requirements for the server and desktops editions.
I have the serial number for the current online MYOB. The office location has changed. I believe these are requirements that I must have in order to validate the MYOB application.
The organisation does not have a credit card so we will be paying through bank here.
We will pay a annual subscription. Could you send me a link so I could DM for a quote so we can pay through our bank here?
Please advise if I need to do anything else.

Would you mind sending me a private message with that serial number. This would allow me to review the set up of the account and arrange for a subscription quote for that serial number to be sent out.
As mentioned in my previous message, we typically don't only arrange for annual subscriptions with monthly subscriptions being the normal going forward.
