MYOB stuck in back-up

Can someone please re-set my company file urgently?

It's stuck in Back-up mode

    Hi Shellbell1912,

     

    Not having access to your account all week isn’t what we want for you at all. I’ve looked into your case and checked in with Donna, who’s handling it, she’ll be resetting your file for you soon. You can expect an update from her shortly. Thanks so much for your patience, we’ll have this sorted out as quickly as possible.

    Good Morning MYOB, 

     

    I am currently having this same issue with one of my MYOB files.  Can someone please reset ASAP?  I have posted 2 support requests, one yesterday & one this morning, both have not been answered!  This is very urgent as I haven't been able to access the file at all this week.

    Hi greened,

     

    No worries at all. Glad we could get you back up and running! To be honest, it's a bit of a mystery why it sometimes decides to stick on backup. The cause isn't always clear. A quick reset of the company file just gives it a little kick, like giving the car a jump-start, and that usually does the trick.

    Good morning - thankyou very much for sorting this out.  Just wondering why it has suddenly decided to stick on back-up though??? and - why it is possible to sort this out via a re-set of the company file???

    Would appreciate knowing if you know - thanks

    Hi greened,

     

    All sorted! We've run the script on our end and your company file should be behaving itself now.

     

    If it ever decides to get stuck in backup mode again, just give our live chat support a buzz through our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll jump on it quick smart.
