Thanks for your detailed post. Please verify if the email addresses of all users listed in the account are identical. To do so, navigate to Product >> Users >> Click on the name of the user to be removed >> Click delete >> A confirmation message will appear, click Delete. If the email addresses are not the same for all users, please send me a private message with the following information:
Serial number.
New and old email login.
Company File ID.
