Off line subscription

Hi all

Have been trying to get through to MYOB for 2 days now about changing MYOB subscription from account right offline to business lite, am changing programs as our business has changed substantially over the years and don't need account right anymore.... can anyone advise me on what to do before 17th June, will my offline file still work until i can get through to someone???

    Hi Everyone,

     

    Sorry to hear you’ve had a hard time getting through. If you’re planning to move from AccountRight offline to MYOB Business Lite, the best place to start is MYOB’s right-size request page here: Move to MYOB Business from AccountRight or AccountEdge. This service can move your data from AccountRight to a new MYOB Business file for you, and it’s free of charge. You’ll need to have a valid MYOB Business Lite subscription first, then submit the migration request form from that same page. Your offline file can still be used after you submit the request. The main thing to keep in mind is that if you keep entering new data after MYOB has received the backup file for migration, that new data won’t be included in the migrated file automatically and would need to be re-entered in the new software.
