PASSWORD OPTION FOR LOGGING IN NOT CREATING NEW TAB IN BROWSER

Most times that I log in to AccountRight, the User Name options appears, and the green "NEXT" appears. After choosing the ribbon, nothing happens or the Login page appears. but the password option ...
