Is there something broken with MYOB Billing system?
I have been notified that my card has expired. This is not the case, but the information on the site indicated that they had an expiry of 2022. MYOB have been claiming payment on this card up to March this year.
So something has changed. It is interesting that I cannot ask that question directly of MYOB??

How did you try to ask MYOB directly about this? Its definitely something we can assist with. I can see that you have a case in with the team, its in queue right now and someone will reply to you soon (typically within 3-5 business days for a case).
You shouldn't need the team though, payment details can be updated through myaccount.myob.com or if you encounter any errors there that might arise due to multiple linked payment profiles, you can also try going to my.myob.com. : Updating an expired credit card
Even though payments may have been successful previously, its still important that we have up to date information in our system.

The card used for the last couple of years has not changed. All details remain the same.
Has your system lost information?
The system refused to allow changes to the card details. I assume as it was the same and no difference!
If you now have current details please process the payment. This was not an oversight on my part.
