I'm trying to create personalised letters using the MYOB templates however when i try to generate these an error message occurs saying \"This feature requires Microsoft Word. A compatible verson was not found on this computer.\". I have Microsoft Word 32bit installed.

Can I confirm if you are using the latest version of AccountRight (2022.10) ? If that is the version you are using, can you also check the software and hardware of your computer is following our Recommended system requirements?
