Morning, there is another thread with many businesses that are experiencing the same issue. Myob are apparently looking into this issue. In the meantime to combat this you can remove everything below the email in the footer and forward to your Myob in-tray. OR Drag the pdf file from the email straight into the Myob in-tray. (it helps to have a split screen so you can see it uploading) I hope that helps :)

Hi MichBrown,
Thanks for the details. In this case, we recommend reaching out to our team, as the email you’re sending from might be blacklisted. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

I'm also having trouble emailing invoices to the in tray. I've double checked the MYOB email address. I have the emails sitting in my sent items but they're not making it to the In Tray. I'm having to save them to the desktop then add from the In Tray.
Emails were working fine last week so I'm not sure what's going on.

Hi LouD,
Bit odd if your purchase invoices showing sent but not hitting your In Tray. If you’ve double check their email address and its giving you the same issue. Best shot is to give our live chat a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or lodge a support request at MyAccount and will help you sort it out.
Cheers,

I am experiencing the same issue.
If I send the email myself it works fine.
If Outlook sends it due to a rule or auto-forward on the email account, the In Tray rejects it.

Hey michaelhhh,
When you’re sending the email manually, make sure to use Forward to rather than Forward as attachment. The attachment option can cause the In Tray to reject the email, particularly when Outlook rules or auto‑forwarding are involved. If switching to Forward to doesn’t do the trick and the emails are still being rejected when sent automatically, the best next step is to reach out to our team so they can take a closer look. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
Cheers,
Doreen

Hi Doreen_P
I am having issues even using the forward (which I have always used) I have tried removing my email signature and any other graphics and it still seems to be random - some get through, some dont. We have had this issue for a couple of versions now - what changed?? It was fine before. Some clients are reprorting that even our invoices from MYOB are not getting through to the InTray. Drag and drop works but is not a long term solution. The Intray needs to work or 3rd party addon software would need to be used.
