Can't open online company file from this afternoon

The message "the company file needs upgrading". It asked me to upgrade from 2026.6 to 2026.7, I clicked yes. The selected file showing "upgrading" then back to "active" in My Library it still shows v...

Hi Song,

 

Sorry you’ve had to deal with this, especially after waiting on the phone. It looks like the upgrade from AccountRight 2026.6 to 2026.7 hasn’t completed properly, which is why the file keeps showing as 2026.6 and prompting you to upgrade again. This type of issue may require our technical team to investigate the company file further.

 

As a first step, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of AccountRight, then restart your computer and try opening the file again. If the upgrade message still appears, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can investigate further.
