'Read Only' Desktop version

I an unable to post journals or transfer money now due to 'Read Only' status. I have always been able to do this and there have been no changes in my user profile or subscription status. I can post these entries in he online version though. I'm running AccountRight 2024.6. How has this happened and how can this be changed?

    I can see that the file is on read only status, this can be fixed by confirming the company file by following the steps in this article. You may also wanna check if the payment for the subscription is up to date as it is one of the factor as well.

      Thanks Jem. I had already tried confirming the company file and our subscription is up to date. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

        Hi CathieB,

         

        We apologized for inconvenience if you are unable to access the file as it is in read only status. May I know if you are still having the same issue as upon checking the status of the file is active, you should be able to access it.
