Stripe taking money when they feel like it

I have contacted you numerous times and lodged a couple of cases.

 

Stripe are taking money when they feel like it and now owe us.  When will the refund be coming through?

 

I also had an extra invoice for payroll usage 5 employees that were supposedly not on the invoices for April and May.  The invoice for April had the payroll usage and was paid.  Now you are telling me the payroll usage is going up from $2 per employee to $3 per employee.  Oh yes and again stripe have taken the funds for this invoice.

 

Can someone please sort this out and refund what is owed to us and tell me how to stop stripe having access to our account?

 

What an absolute mess, as if I don't have enough things to do in my day.

    I completely understand why you’d want clear answers around both the refund and how payment access can be stopped. I took a look at your Community Forum profile, located your cases, and reached out to our Billing team. Those cases have now been assigned to one of the team members for review. As this relates to invoiced charges, the best next step is to wait for our team to come back to you with a full explanation of those charges. Please be assured that they’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
