SUBCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED - BUT INVOICE SHOWS PAID
Good morning
I am getting very frustrated with MYOB- they advise that there is no longer Technical Support for this product.
I confirmed with MYOB that this accountright subscription had been paid last wek.
I have paid The Myob Invoice 6 days ago and the Accountright online shows I am ACTIVE and the Invoice is Completed
However When I Log on to my Account it states: THE ACCOUNTRIGHT LIVE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THIS COMPANY HAS EXPIRED. TO WORK ONLINE WITH THIS FILE YO NEED TO PURCHASE AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION
How can I access my ACCOUNTRIGHT ONLINE and start sending Invoices for 2024????
