Not sure what MYOB package you are on but $99.00 per year sounds incredibly cheap.
We pay $210.00 per month per file (4 files)which is very expensive and I have to question if we get value for money anymore....especially since they have little or no customer service to attend to the myriad of MYOB complaints.
Makes sense that an amount like that would feel concerning. To clarify though, the $99 is the price for 12 months, not per month. When you sign up using a welcome discount, our website still shows the full recommended retail price. If the charge has been taken more than once, that definitely needs to be looked into properly so it can be sorted out.
UEA if you’re running multiple businesses, it could be worth reviewing which MYOB software is the best fit for each one, rather than keeping them all on the highest tier. That way, you can make sure you’re only paying for the features each business actually needs.
