Subsricption expired error message, yet paid by direct debit

For the fifth month in a row, I am unable to access Accountright. "Subscription Expired" message. Sent 4 emails yesterday to support, not one reply. Sent PM to the Priya, whom handled this last month...

Really upset with MYOB atm
