There are windows open that might have unsaved changes. If you exit now, those changes will be lost.

Thanks for your post. Something to check is that you don't have open windows that are hidden. Click on Window then Tile or Cascade to check for hidden windows. Also check for any minimised windows. You can click on Close All to close all open windows.

If there are open windows that haven't been saved the data will be lost if you exit without saving.

when i check window, tile or cascade no screens are open but it still gives me the same message.

I am sorry to see no one has replied to your post yet. Have you been able to solve this issue? Another thing you could check for are minimised windows. If you minimise your main AccountRight window (the command centre), all open windows will appear at the bottom of your screen. See my screenshots:
