There are windows open that might have unsaved changes. If you exit now, those changes will be lost.

I keep getting this message when i try and exit Account Right but now windows are open. I just want to know if i can exit or not without losing any data.   There are windows open that might have u...

when i check window, tile or cascade no screens are open but it still gives me the same message.

I am sorry to see no one has replied to your post yet. Have you been able to solve this issue? Another thing you could check for are minimised windows. If you minimise your main AccountRight window (the command centre), all open windows will appear at the bottom of your screen. See my screenshots:
