Hi TanyaBennett,
If you're looking to transfer your whole file including all transactions to another AccountRight subscription, we'll need to process a serial number removal first. You can get that sorted by chatting with our live chat support via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount.
But if you're moving to MYOB Business, the process is a bit different. You'll need to go through a migration. You can get started with that using this link: Move to MYOB Business from AccountRight or AccountEdge.

Hey TanyaBennett,
When chatting with our Live Chat, after picking which product you need a hand with, just type “Live Chat” and it’ll steer you the right way to a real person. After that, chuck in your account details when prompted, and you’ll be straight through to our team. Aside from that. you can also create a support case via MyAccount.
