Trouble signing in to MYOB AR

I logged this issue a few months ago. It sorted itself for a few days, and now it is back to the same issue.

When I try to log into AR, the process takes around 5 minutes. There is something amiss, but I don't know how to fix it.

The login screens asking for my email address and password don't load properly.

Hoping someone can reach out and fix this once and for all.

    If the issue you encountered was from around May last year, it's likely related to instability with the BPAY feature. I can't seem to find anything similar currently. I recommend reaching out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA so the support team can help troubleshoot it.
