Unable to add new user

I have added a new user but when they try to accept the invitation, they receive the following error message "This invitation cannot be accepted at this time. Contact the person who sent you the invitation." I have deleted the user and and added the person again with the same message. How can I correct this?

    Hi AJQ,

     

    Sounds like adding that new user has turned into more of a headache than it should've been. Appreciate you already trying to delete and re-add them too. That error message usually means something isn't quite matching up in the background, so the best next step is to get our support team to reset things from our end. Jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, they'll be able to sort out what's blocking the invitation and get it all working.
