Version 15 does not offer the option to "Confirm/Activate by Phone". The options I am given in the drop down menu are`only "Confirm Online" or "Confirm By Phone" and neither are working or activated. Your suggestion applies only to Version 19 users, as I have been given to understand.
I cannot even access the serial Number because I cannot log in to the program, until the confirmation is completed.
My deadline for lodging is today.

You won't get an answer from MYOB tonight so I'm trying to help you as best I can. This should work for your version.
