Version 15 does not offer the option to "Confirm/Activate by Phone". The options I am given in the drop down menu are`only "Confirm Online" or "Confirm By Phone" and neither are working or activated. Your suggestion applies only to Version 19 users, as I have been given to understand.
I cannot even access the serial Number because I cannot log in to the program, until the confirmation is completed.
My deadline for lodging is today.
