Unable to confirm company files online

I should add that I already tried the method suggested here: http://help.myob.com/confirmation with no success. It returned an error:

  • Error reason: CompanyDataFile Exception.
  • Exceeded maximum confirmations within allowable time period.

Whatever that means. I just want to do my business accounts.
