Needing to restart your PC just to close AccountRight is definitely not ideal, and you’re right that it’s not the safest way to do it.
As a workaround, you can try closing it via Task Manager instead of rebooting the whole computer. It’s also worth opening the same file on another computer to see if it behaves the same way.
