Unable to log into MYOB.
Our MYOB file is frozen with message Backup in Progress & has been for last 4 days and we are therefore unable to log in. Logged request & have received a Case No but we are still unable to access our file. We are a small business and being unable to issue Invoices & complete our daily financial records is completely unacceptable. Have spent > 1.5 hours 2 times on phone to MYOB and both dropped out & not answered.
Looking at other comments on community forum this issue of file being in Back Up is being experienced by other users and is an MYOB issue.
File needs to be reset by MYOB so we can regain access to our file.
MYOB please action now.
