Unable to login

Hi,

I have just upgraded a file after it prompted me to. Not sure if it upgraded or not and now it does not open.

I deleted the cache files as per a previous discussion I saw, but the file still does not open. Please help!

    Hey L17,

     

    Have you received any error messages when trying to open the file? If so, could you please let me know what the error message says? I've also run a script on your company file that might help. Please try logging out and then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.

      Hi Doreen, I still cannot login. It just closes after I log in and leaves no error message.

  • By the way, it is not an online file, it is one of the account right files on my desktop only.
