Unable to login
Hi, I have just upgraded a file after it prompted me to. Not sure if it upgraded or not and now it does not open. I deleted the cache files as per a previous discussion I saw, but the file still do...

Since you still can't log in to your file, you can reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.
