Unable to sign into Online file

Since 15 June (before the upgrade to 2026.5.0) no-one at our office is able to sign into our online MYOB file using MYOB AccountRight SE.

It allows us to select the online file and takes us to the browser (Edge, Chrome) to sign in, but doesn't then return to the app with this authentication.

We've deleted our browser history (Edge and Chrome) and cache.

We are able to use the desktop version of MYOB AccountRight outside of our server environment, but the SE version isn't working.

Is this a known problem?
