Upgraded software and company file but cannot activate company file online.
Hello all!
I am trying to help someone upgrade their MYOB software version and also their company file to the later type (.dat to .myox).
Everything seemed to be going perfectly and I can open the updated company file in the updated software but only as read only.
I have then tried to activate the company file online with their serial but an error pops up saying I am not connected to the internet and must be done over the phone... I have had this happen before with my company file and have had to get it manually done.
Could I please have someone manually do this and send me the file?
