(URGENT) Can't Confirm Company File

My Company file has been on read-only mode for a while now. Submitted a case before last month and it took the MYOB team a whole month to respond. Then it was ok for only a week then again, it's on read-only mode again because I cannot confirm my company file. Submitted another case ticket (Case #03196125) five days ago and still no respond.

 

Could anyone at MYOB please provide an update on the progress of this case? It has been an unreasonably long time without a resolution, and this ongoing delay is significantly affecting our business operations. We are unable to carry out our normal accounting functions, as our company file remains in read-only mode.

 

This level of delay is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given that we continue to pay our monthly subscription fees for a service that we are currently unable to use as intended.

 

We urgently request that this matter be prioritized and resolved as soon as possible. If there are any additional steps required from our end to facilitate the resolution, please let us know immediately.

    I understand this has already taken far too long and that your team is still unable to use the company file properly while it remains in read-only mode.

     

    We’ve followed this up internally with the team handling case 03196125. 

    At this stage, please continue to use case 03196125 for any further updates, so everything stays together in one place. As soon as the team provides the next update, it will come through on that case via email.
