URGENT!!! STUCK IN BACKUP MODE

Hello, my file is stuck in backup mode

I did a backup, it seemed to stop working and now I can open my company file?

    Hi GYORGYI777,

    I've arranged an online script over your file that should fix the issue. Please exit AccountRight and then try opening it again.

    it is now working.

    Can I ask why this happens? What causes it to happen?
