You should be able to open the newly created company file, but this depends on your subscription. Our support team will need to look into your account further to determine the cause of any issues you might be experiencing. Please reach out to our support team to review your account. Thanks for your prompt response. Whilst I have a login the system shows that I have no product. Without a product to select, I cannot access live chat or lodge a support ticket because the Code that is displayed is not accepted. It sounds like Version 18 Accounting is out meaning I will need to look elsewhere for an affordable accounting platform. I was hoping to avoid having to get used to new software.
